Sales Supervisor: Near Corpus Christi, TX 070511

An ISO 9001 company founded in 1991, is a leading manufacturer of closed loop, closed vent sampling systems for liquids, gases, powders and vaporizing liquids. TSI samplers are used when exposure to process vapors and liquids is not allowed. TSI services the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Responsibilities: •Manage 3 inside sales employees and 1 assistant •Ensure quotes are accurate and timely •Work with outside sales manager in a support role •Ensure all incoming PO's are correct and match the quote in product description and dollars •Make improvements to the inside sales department •Coordinate shipping of sold orders with shipping and purchasing departments •Work closely with operations to ensure work flow through shop is consistent with management's expectations •Expedite approvals from customers on sold orders •Account for demo units and ensure they are functional Education/Experience Requirements: •Associate's degree, Technical or related field •5 years industry related experience especially Petrochemical, Chemical, Refining, etc. •Inside sales professional with history of process equipment sales •Knowledge of theory regarding closed loop grab sampling •A history of working with a multinational company in a team atmosphere NO relocation paid
